"You'll find it within yourself to do the right thing."These 10 words in itself, are what keep me going for now. By really understanding it, you can take comfort in knowing that things will work out just fine. It puts your inner self at ease and makes you feel alot better. Let me elaborate further on this.Consider the birth of the universe:The universe began, scientists believe, with every speck of its energy jammed into a very tiny primeval atom. This extremely dense and minute point exploded with unimaginable force, creating matter and propelling it outward to make the billions of galaxies of our vast universe. Astrophysicists dubbed this titanic explosion the Big Bang.In the most common model, it was speculated that the universe was filled homogenously with an incredibily high energy density, huge temperatures and pressure and was rapidly expanding and cooling. Cosmologists believe the Big Bang flung energy in all directions at the speed of light (300,000,000 m/s) and estimate that the temperature of the entire universe was 1000 trillion degrees Celsius at just a tiny fraction of a second after the explosion. For a brief moment after the Big Bang, the immense heat created conditions unlike any conditions astrophysicists see in the universe today. While planets and stars today are composed of atoms of elements like hydrogen and silicon, scientists believe the universe back then was too hot for anything other than the most fundamental particles - such as quarks, photons, protons, neutrons and electrons to take form. But as the universe quickly expanded, the energy of the Big Bang became less concentrated in space, causing temperature to drop while the universe grew in size. When the temperature cooled to about a billion degrees Celsius, a process known as the Big Bang Nucleosynthesis, neutrons combined with protons to form deuterium and helium nuclei. About 380 000 years later, electrons stuck to these nucleis to form complete atoms. Later, after the galaxies were formed, the stars with the heat from their internal core, combine hydrogen and helium atoms to form other heavier elements....According to astrophysicists, all the matter found in the universe today, was created at the first moment of time in the Big Bang about 13 billion years ago. That also means that you and I, contained the very same particles that were involved in that complex formation eons ago.The point is this: Nobody told taught the universe this creation. Those photons, neutrons and other particles were not told how to create matter. What took form in us, did this on its own as well. You and I are simply a part of this amazing miracle and we have it in us.Take another analogy: Zoom down to the basic fundamental structure of us, the homo-sapiens. The cells that compose us and what we are. Isn't it amazing how our entire self was orginated from the fission of a human egg and sperm cell?Within our cells, in the nuclei stores the Deoxyribonuclei Acid - DNA (for Eukaryotic organisms that is). These double helix strands' segments, the genes, that contain the genetic information needed for organism growth and development are the building blocks of life and every living thing.Same here, nobody told the cells what to do. Even before we were mature enough to make sense of the world, they were already at work. They simply have it within themselves to do the necessary and miraculous work that makes us who we are. So the point is this. All of us, are a fragment of the universe. Unknowingly, we contain within ourselves, the amazing understanding of working things out. We have it within us all along, its just that we may not have realise the truth of it all - how powerful the individual being can be."You will find it within yourself to do the right thing."This is what I have been putting through my mind these days. Definitely not having the best of times, but this amazing knowledge sometimes just give me a little confidence and encouragement that I need to get through the day.Things may seem a blur now. Can't deny that it isn't easy. But I know I have it within myself to sort everything out. Cos I'm part of the Big Bang - the miracle that took place 13billion years ago. Hahaha. Find it wierd...I don't care. All that matters is that it works for me.:)
